This Privacy Policy explains how Z-Atelier ("we", "us") handles information on z-atelier.com and in our related Google-connected application (the "App"). Z-Atelier is a small woodworking and design studio based in Georgia, USA.

Information we collect

Google user data

The App uses Google Sign-In and Google APIs. It is used by the owner of Z-Atelier for personal and business administration. When the owner authorizes the App, it may access the basic profile information of the Google account (name, email address, profile picture) and the data in the Google services for which access is explicitly granted on the Google consent screen (for example Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar, or Gmail).

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to inquiries, fulfil orders, operate and improve the site, and meet legal and tax obligations. We share it only with service providers that help us do so (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@z-atelier.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our site and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised effective date.
