These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of z-atelier.com and the related Google-connected application (the "App") operated by Z-Atelier ("we", "us"). By using the site or App you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site and App
The site showcases our handmade woodwork. The App is a private tool used by the owner of Z-Atelier; access is limited to authorized users. You agree not to misuse the site or App, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them without authorization.
Google accounts
If you connect a Google account, you are responsible for that account and for the access you grant. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.
Products and orders
Our pieces are handmade, so natural variation in wood grain, color, and dimensions is expected. Prices, availability, and shipping terms are given at the time of sale. Wood products need proper care (hand wash, no dishwasher or prolonged soaking, periodic oiling); damage from misuse is not covered. Contact us about any order issue at the email below.
Intellectual property
The photographs, designs, logo, and text on this site belong to Z-Atelier and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimer
The site and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z-Atelier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or App, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
